  • Seiri (Sort): Distinguish between needed and unneeded items. Red tag campaign.
  • Seiton (Set in Order): A place for everything and everything in its place. Shadow boards, floor markings.
  • Seiso (Shine): Cleaning as inspection. Finding leaks, wear, and tear.
  • Seiketsu (Standardize): Creating standard operating procedures for the first three S's.
